Money stealers. Don't use 2eros. Ordered 3x items before New Year. I was notified a few days later that one had sold out, and in the process of trying to find an alternative via email comms, I then received another email that a second product had now sold out. This was already paid for, and should have been packed and sent. I demanded a refund for that product and advised to send the final item and it would be the last thing I purchase from them again. This package was sent and for some reason RETURNED to the sender, and I followed this up. They offered a refund and to send the final piece F.O.C. for the stuff around. I am still waiting for this. This company is shocking, don't trust them.

Unsersiös Der Artikel ist auf dem Postweg verloren gegangen. Das Tracking zeigt, dass das Paket an den Absender zurückgeschickt wurde. Trotzdem weigert sich 2eros den Betrag zu erstatten. Sie sagen, dass die Pakete ohne Versicherung versandt werden. Als Kunde trägt man das volle Risiko. Unseriös.

Don’t give them your money ! After ordering they will notify you that your package is on the way (without mentionning any taxes to be paid anywhere) then nothing happen during several weeks. When you ask for a status they will tell you that you have to pay additionnel taxes to get the package delivered and to pay it through a weird link to a third party company. Of course you will refuse to pay this hidden and unsafe costs, so they tell you that they will refund you the price less the « taxes » and that it can take up to 4 monthes (who take 4 monthes to get back a package that hasn’t moved at all from the transporter in their own country ? In France it takes around 2 days) Finally, after 2 monthes since my order I still don’t have neither my package neither my money back and I don’t know if I will be refund of something someday. Do not order with this site this is pure fraud !

Avoid if buying from outside Oz I would also agree with the other reviewers here that if you are thinking of buying overseas, you should avoid. The shipping is unbelievably slow, it is insane that you can spend nearly $200 and have something arrive slower than a Temu order. The express shipping for $47 is ridiculous given the size of the item. Couldn’t recommend them less.

Packages shipped from Australia so took… Packages shipped from Australia so took weeks to arrive. When it did arrive I was advised I would have to pay customs charges. It was never made clear when purchasing that the goods were being shipped from abroad. Refused to pay customs charges and still waiting for a refund over a month later.

Nice product, but... I purchased a very nice swimwear that resulted damaged beyond repair after twice I wore it. It happened after I washed it with mild soap and rinsed it with water, following all care instructions and avoiding all the "dont's" mentioned in the care page. I asked the custom assistance for a refund and sent some pics of the damaged garment, but the company's policy provides a refund if you ship back the item at your own expense. Because the shipment cost esteem from Italy to Australia was about 70% the swimsuit cost, I refused to proceed and, even though the company is aware the garment cannot be used anymore, they did not proceed with a refund. I left a comment of my experience on their site and they removed it.
